Brazos G RWPG Seeks Nomination for a voting member representing Electric Generating Utilities Interests

The Brazos G Regional Water Planning Group (Brazos G) is soliciting nominations for one (1) voting member representing Electric Generating Utilities Interest Category in the Brazos G Regional Water Planning Area (Brazos G RWPA).

In selecting voting members for the vacancy, the Brazos G will consider a number of factors, including the nominee’s qualifications to represent the interest category, willingness to devote the time necessary to participate in the Regional Water Planning process, and willingness to abide by the Bylaws. The Brazos G voting members will strive to achieve geographic, ethnic, and gender diversity.

Upcoming Meeting Information

The Region G Regional Water Planning Group (Region G) posts notices of its regularly scheduled meetings 7 days prior to the scheduled meeting date or 3 days prior to any special meeting date. The notices include the meeting date, time, location, and agendas. Meeting materials are posted online 3 days prior to the meeting date. The notices are posted (i.) on the Region G website, (ii.) with the Texas Water Development Board, and (iii.) with the Texas Secretary of State’s office. The planning group posts meeting notices and conducts meetings in accordance with the Texas Open Meetings Act and applicable TWDB rules.
