The Region G Regional Water Planning Group (Region G) posts notices of its regularly scheduled meetings 7 days prior to the scheduled meeting date or 3 days prior to any special meeting date. The notices include the meeting date, time, location, and agendas. Meeting materials are posted online 3 days prior to the meeting date. The notices are posted (i.) on the Region G website, (ii.) with the Texas Water Development Board, and (iii.) with the Texas Secretary of State’s office. The planning group posts meeting notices and conducts meetings in accordance with the Texas Open Meetings Act and applicable TWDB rules.
